You may not know if you or your company have been victimized or adversely affected by a criminal or civil act. You may believe that you have, but not know how to proceed. You may have contacted law enforcement agencies or attorneys, but were told that before any action could be taken, you needed to provide more specific information and additional documentation. Whatever your situation, we can assist you.
All criminal and civil investigations performed by the Bolaños Investigations Team (BIT) are conducted by highly trained and experienced investigators with over 75 years of combined and impeccable law enforcement experience. Our Investigator's ethical passion to succeed in all investigations is what sets us apart from the rest. With law enforcement backgrounds from some of the top agencies in the world (F.B.I., D.E.A., Riverside County Sheriffs Department, and the Riverside County District Attorney's Office), our Investigators have been the recipients of the best training and experience the industry has to offer.
Law enforcement organizations and defense attorneys are often overburdened and thus very selective in the matters they will pursue. We have a solid understanding of what information criminal prosecutors and defense attorneys are looking for, what must be verified, what interviews must be conducted, what evidence must be collected, and what should be presented to them to maximize the likelihood that they will properly document and present your case. To support your needs, we can analyze the facts known to date, conduct interviews of those who may be able to provide pertinent information, gather evidence in a manner admissible in criminal proceedings, assemble background information, and conduct physical surveillance.
The Bolaños Investigations Team, B.I.T., is licensed and professionally trained in the arts of investigation and surveillance. In California, licensing is mandatory for private investigators in the same way that doctors and lawyers are licensed to practice. Stringent qualifications, intensive training and substantial experience are required to perform these services and to protect the public from those who do not have the experience or qualifications to do the job correctly and legally.
